CLINICAL SUPERVISION & CONSULTATION FOR ARIZONA CLINICIANS

Structured, supportive supervision for associate and pre-licensed psychologists and counselors

Why Choose Dr. Torres

I am an AZBBHE-approved clinical supervisor providing individualized supervision and consultation to associate and pre-licensed clinicians in Arizona. I have supported clinicians navigating board consent agreements, helping them meet requirements successfully, and I also supervise those completing supervised private practice.

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, with a concentration in family systems. I completed my predoctoral internship at Illinois Masonic Medical Center, Behavioral Health Services, and my postdoctoral work at Mount Sinai Hospital Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Services in Chicago. My clinical experience spans hospital emergency departments, endocrine specialty clinics, social service agencies, and not-for-profit institutions as well as private practice.

My supervision approach integrates a developmental model with a relational, collaborative style, ensuring that each clinician receives support tailored to their professional growth and skill development. Since 2017, I have taught and provided ethics continuing education, grounding supervision in best practices and ethical standards.

With over 15 years of clinical experience, along with entrepreneurial and private practice expertise, I provide structured guidance, individualized feedback, and mentorship to help clinicians strengthen their clinical skills, navigate ethical challenges, and meet licensure requirements with confidence.
